**Job Summary**

Giant Tiger is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and sales floor.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including replenishing merchandise, completing markdowns, and performing cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and loss prevention best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include standing and/or walking, bending, twisting, and squatting. You will also be required to lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) and perform tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions.
