About the Role

The Community Initiatives and Agriculture team at Explore Edmonton Corporation is seeking a skilled Exhibit Sales Lead to drive sales strategies and cultivate relationships with exhibitors. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to create compelling sales pitches and close deals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a telephone-based inside sales or outbound calling environment.
  • Experience with recruiting vendors, building relationships, and strong event execution skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours depending on the event.
