Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at BMO. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing business operations and services, and informing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit business requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve expected business outcomes.
  • Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Apply domain and functional expertise to drive expected business value.
  • Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.

  • Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
