Job Title: System Support Specialist
Job Summary:
Mackenzie Health is seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our Technology Services team. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering onsite IT hardware and software support to end-users, ensuring prompt and professional responses to incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required
Requirements:
- Completion of a three-year college program in computer-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience in deskside support role, preferably in healthcare environment
- A+ and ITIL V4 certifications
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting issues related to Windows 10, Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and fixing PC hardware issues
- Hands-on experience with PC reimaging tools
- Hands-on experience with local and network printers setup and troubleshooting in a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with setting up and troubleshooting Android and iOS devices
- Experience troubleshooting virtual and cloud computing environment based on Citrix, VMware, and Azure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entry-level Azure and/or VMware certification
- Experience with project coordination and documentation
