Job Title: Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Usability testing.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking software, networking security, communication software, programming software, and programming languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, innovation, and proactive attitude.
  • Hybrid work environment with 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment with English as the primary language of work.
