Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our Canadian Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with regional sales leaders and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing centers of excellence, events team, digital marketing, and brand, content, and public relations teams to drive business results.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Monitor market trends, benchmarks, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketing best practices, ability to build high-performing teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
