About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Specialist to join our team at MCC Label. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective environmental, health, and safety programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and performance indicators.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and preparedness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental health and safety, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety, with a focus on process safety.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
