- 4+ years of experience in IT management or related roles.
- Strong competence in Microsoft Ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, SQL, Exchange, Desktop, and Server OS), computer hardware/software, networking, and server rooms.
- Deep understanding of Windows Servers.
- Deep experience with RMM Software.
- Solid problem-solving, researching, and troubleshooting skills.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
