Job Title: Concrete Forms Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Forms Carpenter to join our team at Ultra Forming Inc.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Forms Carpenter will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Reliability.
  • Team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Concrete Forms Carpenter will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, residential areas, and industrial plants.

Physical Demands:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding.
