Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Skyview General Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure project efficiency and quality
  • Plan and organize project schedules, milestones, and budgets
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Plan and manage project budgets
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare and present project reports
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
