About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Victoria. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients' mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair
    • Create service orders and quotes in our NAV system
    • Assess and troubleshoot issues with mobility devices
    • Repair manual and power devices and equipment onsite and in-store
    • Repair electrical systems within mobility devices
    • Program and set-up basic power and mobility equipment
    • Install and repair elevating products and solutions
  • Deliver a Motion Customer Experience
    • Build trusting relationships with clients
    • Ensure client needs are met and objectives are achieved
  • Be Flexible and Mobile
    • Travel to clients' homes and facilities
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Previous experience in a customer service role
    • Exposure to using diagnostic tools, electronic equipment, and completing mechanical repairs
    • Interest in or knowledge of mobility products is beneficial
  • Empathy
    • Provide clients with a best-in-class customer experience
  • Additional Requirements
    • Lift up to 50 pounds to move or repair equipment and devices
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Willing to work flexible hours on occasion
