We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Elite Residential Concierge Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our residential properties, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that the highest level of security is maintained.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities and maintenance, to ensure that security protocols are integrated into daily operations.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and crisis management.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure that all security equipment and systems are functioning properly and that maintenance is performed regularly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and improving security outcomes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct security personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations, including those related to emergency response and crisis management.
