About the Role:
Kintetsu World Express (HK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing errors
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Comply with all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- University/College degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable related role
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle E-Business Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
