Accounts Payable Specialist

The Wohl Group is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor accounts, processing requests and expense reports, and performing data entry associated with accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and accounts.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Assist the Controller with financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience managing vendor relationships and processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this position is $55k-63k.
