We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Support Representative to join our team at IDEXX. As a Field Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and training to our customers in the veterinary diagnostic industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and training to customers on IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain customer accounts through education and customer-centric solutions
- Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to ensure seamless customer experience
- Travel extensively to customer locations, with up to 75% of time spent on the road
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting, with training and/or leadership background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones
