Your Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Assurance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who has deep personal and professional accountability, a passion for excellence, and is driven to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare year-end engagements and tax returns for clients in various industries.
  • Perform audits, prepare working papers, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and respond to their requests and suggestions.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress updates and issues.
  • Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team.

Requirements
  • You are a designated Canadian CPA.
  • You have at least 7 years of audit and assurance experience in the Canadian public accounting industry.
  • Working knowledge of agricultural and real estate and development clients/industry would be an asset.
  • You enjoy working within the non-profit industry and are keen to develop further knowledge in this area.
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
  • You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
