Job Title: Tractor Trailer Driver - Long Haul

We are seeking an experienced Tractor Trailer Driver to join our team at AYR Motor Express Inc. As a Tractor Trailer Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, requiring a strong sense of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods
Requirements:
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel cross-border
  • Willing to travel for extended periods
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Willing to travel overnight
