Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Golf Instruction Specialist to join our team. As a Golf Instruction Specialist, you will work with students of varying skill levels to create customized lesson plans and provide expert instruction. You will also be responsible for maintaining the GOLFTEC Training Center environment, equipment, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend GOLFTEC University, our comprehensive training program
  • Use professional expertise to recommend teaching and learning content and create custom lesson plans for students
  • Recommend appropriate GOLFTEC services for each student, including TECFIT Club Fitting and outdoor playing lessons
  • Document each lesson given and publish recaps to our online portal using GOLFTEC's proprietary TECSWING teaching software
  • Maintain the GOLFTEC Training Center environment, equipment, and technology
  • Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center, including preparing GOLFTEC teaching systems for use
  • Participate in continuing education to enhance skills
  • Mobility is an essential function of this career, requiring physical capabilities to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds
