Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team as a Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support. This is an important leadership role that reports to the Vice President of Team Development and is based in our Home Office in Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ongoing consultation, training, and development to Team Members and Leaders on Human Resource topics.
  • Advise HR teams on matters of Team Member Relations and foster a team environment through ongoing communication.
  • Manage difficult conversations with empathy and influence towards reaching common and practical goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies with a focus on Recruitment and Team Member Relations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • CPHR designation (asset).
  • 6+ years' progressive experience in a professional HR role with significant experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations.
  • 3+ years' experience in a Senior leadership capacity within HR with direct responsibility for Leading HR teams.
  • Experience delivering HR services in multiple provinces across Canada.
