Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support

As a Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support, you will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy for Princess Auto, a leading Canadian-owned company with a unique culture and a commitment to excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams across the country
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and provincial employment standards
  • Lead complex investigations and provide coaching and training to employees and leaders

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • CPHR designation (asset)
  • 6+ years' progressive experience in a professional HR role with significant experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years' experience in a Senior leadership capacity within HR with direct responsibility for Leading HR teams
  • Experience delivering HR services in multiple provinces across Canada
  • Knowledge of various Labour Laws and Provincial Employment Standards across Canada
