Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a high level of physical activity and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to communicate clearly with staff and customers is essential.
