Food Service Manager

Domino's is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food preparation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring attention to detail.
