Key Responsibilities:- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our organization.
- Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counseling, to support the well-being of our employees.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their qualifications.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to expand our talent pool.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties to maintain accurate records.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our organization.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
