Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring adherence to quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Monitor and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
