Job Title: Academic Director - Post-Secondary Education
Description:
As an Academic Director at Simon Fraser University, you will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. Your expertise in curriculum development, staff management, and budget planning will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement academic programs that align with the university's strategic goals and meet the needs of students and industry partners.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets for academic programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and staff management.
