Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pastry Chef Manager to join our team at BRAR'S AIRPORT. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in baking and leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake pastries, bread, cakes, and other sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for daily operations.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Prepare special orders for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer standards.
  • Maintain product quality by adhering to established standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to optimize storage space.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in baking and management.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
  • Fast-paced environment and physically demanding work.
  • Tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
