Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trailer Assembly professional to join our team at Lode King Industries. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal trailers from prefabricated parts, using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fabricate metal trailers from prefabricated parts, following specifications and blueprints.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform tasks such as drilling, bolting, and riveting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the assembly process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in assembly and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain high levels of manual dexterity.
