About the Role

As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Oracle Applications 11i. Your expertise will be essential in configuring and implementing Oracle Applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Applications 11i configuration and business processes to clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
  • Anticipate and resolve project-related issues to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures for implementation projects
  • Participate in work planning and status reporting to ensure project visibility and transparency
  • Perform accurate functional analysis to recommend solutions that meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation through engagement with clients
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to clients during and at the completion of projects
Requirements
  • Proven experience implementing Oracle Applications 11i (any module) from a functional perspective - at least two years
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma with a concentration in Education, Administration, or Business
  • Demonstrate a solid history of success at work, a results-driven and self-motivated individual
  • A great team player with proven leadership and team-building abilities along with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous consulting experience
