Job Title: Oracle Applications 11i Functional Consultant

Our client is a global professional services organization with a strong presence in North America. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications 11i Functional Consultant to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Oracle Applications 11i from a functional perspective. They will be responsible for providing input and advice regarding Oracle Applications configuration and business processes to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive client and peer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide input and advice regarding Oracle Applications configuration and business processes to clients.
  • Build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of our client's customers, their business and project needs.
  • Anticipate problems and resolve them in order to ensure that the project is completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Participate in the development of processes and procedures for the implementation project.
  • Contribute to work planning and status reporting.
  • Perform accurate functional analysis by employing effective interviewing skills to recommend solutions.
  • Ensure satisfactory knowledge transfer to our client's customers during and at completion of a project.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record implementing Oracle Applications 11i (any module) from a functional perspective – at least two years of experience.
  • An undergraduate degree or diploma with a concentration in Education, Administration or Business.
  • Demonstrate a solid history of success at work, a results-driven and self-motivated individual.
  • A great team player with proven leadership and team-building abilities along with a positive attitude.
