We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Welder to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding tank components to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and weld tank components using SMAW techniques
  • Perform out-of-position welding and read/understand drawings and blueprints
  • Operate various tools and equipment under supervision, including grinders and hydraulic jacks
  • Participate in daily toolboxes and safety meetings
  • Work with the team to ensure a quality product is delivered
Requirements:
  • Punctual attendance and compliance with all safety requirements
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Proof of completion of all required safety certifications
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and valid Journeyman Ticket or Apprenticeship documentation
  • Interprovincial Red Seal trade ticket and CWB Ticket all position SMAW
Safety Ticket Requirements:
  • H2S Alive or Awareness
  • Confined Space Entry and/or Rescue
  • CSTS 2020
  • WHMIS 2015
