  1. Technical Coordination: Support bids process from initial proposals through production, including change requests and configuration audits.
  2. Technical Configuration: Identify, define, and manage technical configuration requirements and clearly communicate details to customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Risk Management: Identify technical risks and opportunities, independently develop strategies to mitigate risks and action opportunities.
  4. Documentation: Effectively manage and present project documentation.
  5. Teamwork: Assign tasks to Engineering designers to complete contract-specific design work and actively contribute or lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Training: Technical training or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  2. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Engineering Design and Project Management, Bills of Materials, and the manufacturing industry.
  3. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts.
  4. Problem-Solving: Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
