The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a service leadership position.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Model safe work behaviours and ensure employees comply with customer safety rules.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Customer Service
- Act as key contact for field service requirements and work orders.
- Promote customer satisfaction by following up on repairs and collaborating with other departments.
- Financial Management
- Provide direction on financial implications of work orders.
- Create quotes and review invoices for internal and external customers.
- Operations Management
- Manage work-in-progress (WIP) and contamination control.
- Investigate and report accidents or near misses.
- Post-secondary education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leader position.
