Automotive Body Repair Technician

At Value Auto Collision And Repair, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Assess: Carefully inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients are satisfied with the repair process.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with attention to detail.
  • Repair and Refinish: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, and apply primers and repaint surfaces.
  • Interior and Exterior: Repair or replace interior components, repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, and mix paint, blend, and match colors.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, and straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
