**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various platforms to promote our personal and leadership development programs.
  • Utilize social media channels, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, to generate leads and engage with our target audience.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone and facilitate the provision of information to suitable applicants.
  • Mentor and support new clients, offering guidance and training to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing tools to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand.

**What We're Looking For**

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, either working for yourself or with a reputable company.
  • Familiarity with the basic functionality of major social media apps, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with Zoom.

**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
