Job Title: Junior Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with internal customers, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Builds relationships and interacts with various internal customers, including the Quality Control team, engineering, project management, manufacturing management, and shop personnel.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating a sense of urgency and action-oriented work ethic.
  • Creates and maintains project folders for controlled documents and quality event processes and forms.
  • Prepares and provides Turnover documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinates quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
  • Enters, reviews, and updates project quality information in systems and with responsible parties.
  • Assists with Project Management in project quality questionnaires.
  • Assists in locating Quality System related documents and maintaining compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Supports the development and update of QA/QC metrics.
  • Participates in the training of new work procedures, programs, practices, and instructions related to documentation.
  • Supports training for Quality Systems processes as needed.
  • Provides administrative support to the QA/QC department, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, budget tracking, supply ordering, and reception backup.
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary education is required.
  • Previous experience working in a Quality department is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Adobe PDF is necessary.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Excellent time management and methodical skills are necessary.
Other Requirements:
  • Must have own transportation, as the location is not accessible by public transportation.
  • Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
