Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cashier-PT to join our Front End Department team. As a Cashier-PT, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures.
  • Operate the Customer Service Desk, handling lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining the appearance and organization of the Front End Department, including merchandise display and inventory management.
  • Support the training of junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards, including health and safety protocols and store policies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, cash handling, and teamwork.
