**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team at Foot Locker, Inc. As a key contributor to our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences through product knowledge, relationship-building, and a passion for athletic footwear and apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert product knowledge and share your enthusiasm with customers to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and performance while meeting or exceeding individual and team goals.
  • Develop strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product releases, trends, and fashion must-haves to ensure you can effectively advise customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of retail experience with a proven ability to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Confidence and comfort in engaging customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Motivation to achieve outstanding results driven by enthusiasm for the sports industry and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
