The Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for testing various products on web and mobile applications, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving software development issues, and in implementing best practices to improve our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications across multiple industries and browsers.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, allocating time and resources to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the automation quality assurance process, including test creation, automated test planning, verification and validation, and reporting.
  • Implement best practices and testing protocols to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with team members to resolve software development issues and improve collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or QA Automation Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Postman, JMeter, TestRail, and other API testing tools.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data migrations.
  • Programming experience in C#,.Net, Java, Node.JS, or other general programming languages.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence, or other project management and defect management tools.
  • Automated testing experience with Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or other platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Testing experience with Android and iOS applications.
  • Knowledge of automated and batch scripts.
  • Experience as a business analyst.
