Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Associate to join our team at Coach, a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team, understanding changes in local market trends, and supporting the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and personal metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Coach products and collections
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador at all times
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash register systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons
  • Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room
