Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Top Choice Auto Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Greet customers and discuss their requirements, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Will train on our systems and processes.
