- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Team Building and Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team, including estimators/project coordinators and roofing staff.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement performance management processes to ensure team accountability and development.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Operational Management:
- Implement and maintain high standards for quality control and safety.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure availability of materials.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the roofing industry.

- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences in Ottawa, ON, is a plus.
