The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Stylist to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and style our fine jewelry products for customers, leveraging your product knowledge and expertise to delight and inspire.
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling and sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and customer feedback to provide informed and insightful recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and expertise in fine jewelry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on trends and developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
