Job Title: Senior Food Service Manager

At Pan flame Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Senior Food Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
* Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
* Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
* Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
* Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
* Establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
* Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
* Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
