Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator

KEITH PANEL SYSTEMS CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products using metalworking machines and hand tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates.
  • Operate laser cutters, plasma cutters, and other metalworking machines.
  • Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
  • Develop computerized patterns and layouts.
  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand.
  • Assemble, erect, and install hoisting and rigging equipment.
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and hard hat are required.
