Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Invest Canada Group.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
