About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at President Convention Center Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work in a restaurant setting in an urban area.
