**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracting Specialist to join our team at TruStone Financial Inc. in Burnaby, BC.

The successful candidate will provide optimal support to advisors with day-to-day contracting needs, build quality relationships, and contribute to the business unit's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support clients with Apexa onboarding and contracting processes
  • Set up license sponsorship, carrier support, and process contracts using Apexa
  • Facilitate client changes within WealthServ and/or Apexa
  • Perform other related activities and participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Customer support experience
  • System expertise in Apexa, WealthServ, SharePoint, and Microsoft suite
  • Bilingualism (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an asset
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and balance multiple responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately analyze data and make sound decisions
