- Lead negotiations with insurers to resolve coverage disputes
- Prepare reports on claims disputes for management review
- Make recommendations to clients on loss settlement
- Coordinate claims settlement meetings with clients and insurers
- Develop and maintain quality control standards
- Provide guidance and support to the Claims Management Team
- 3-5 years of claims handling experience in the property/casualty sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience
- Eligibility for a General Insurance License
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
