Drywall and Acoustical Board Installation Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Drywall and Acoustical Board Installation Assistant to join our team at 16 Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our drywall and acoustical board installation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport drywall and acoustical board materials to and from construction sites.
- Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt as required for drywall and acoustical board installation.
- Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials in a safe and organized manner.
- Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Construction Specialization: Assist in the installation of drywall and acoustical boards in industrial, commercial, and institutional settings, as well as residential projects.
- Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to and from construction sites as required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks, handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
