About the Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at LotusFlare, Inc, your work will have a direct and profound impact on software products that affect millions of people worldwide. You will be responsible for spearheading the development and growth of these products while ensuring seamless alignment with our cutting-edge monetization platform.

You will need to collaborate closely with world-class engineers, designers, and product managers to guarantee the timely delivery of product features without compromising on technical design and best practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute significantly to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare's cloud-native enterprise software stack
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that drive business growth
  • Manage technical software products from inception to launch, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans that deliver results
  • Drive product development with a team of skilled engineers and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience and satisfaction
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop and refine the most remarkable user experience
  • Define key metrics that measure the drivers of business growth and success
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development in the telecom domain
  • Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
  • 3+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products are essential
  • Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture) is highly desirable
  • Valid TM Forum certification is not mandatory but preferred
  • Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Able to synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets quickly to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
